Overview

You can request the deletion of your Next Song AI account and all associated personal data at any time. This page explains how to submit a request, what data will be deleted, and what may be retained for legal or compliance purposes.

How to request deletion

You can request account deletion in two ways:

Option 1 — Directly inside the app

• Open Next Song AI
• Go to Profile
• Tap "Delete Account"
• Confirm deletion when prompted

Option 2 — By email

• Send a request to: support@nextsongai.com
• Use the subject line: "Account Deletion Request"
• Include the email address linked to your account

What data is deleted

When your account is deleted, the following data is permanently removed:

• Email address
• User ID
• Coin balance
• Subscription metadata
• Song history and suggestions
• Stored preferences

Data that may be retained

Some information may be retained for a limited period for the following reasons:

• Legal obligations — compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Fraud prevention — to detect or prevent abuse of the service
• Financial compliance — subscription records processed via RevenueCat, Apple App Store, or Google Play

Retention period: Up to 90 days where legally required.

Request partial data deletion or access

You may also request access to, correction of, or deletion of specific personal data without deleting your entire account.

• Specify clearly which data you would like to access, modify, or delete

We will respond within 7 days and process requests in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

Processing time

Deletion requests are processed within 7 days of receipt.
